To investigate the relationship between mechanical gastric dysfuncion and gastroesophageal reflux (GER) ; To recognize deeply the character of eti - olo-gy and pathophysiology for GER children; To manufacture and use the gastric bioelectrical pace - maker treatment instrument; To investigate the cli - nical value of bioelectrical pace - maker treatment instrument to gastric dys - function and GER, we take advantages of gastric bioelectrical pace - maker to promote gastric emptying and enhance the coordination of stomach, pyloric antrum and duodenum, hoping to cure GER in children.MethodsThis experiment was carried out on 40 ordinary little pigs, 5 ~ 7 days after birth, female 12 male 28, weight 2-3.5 kg, Provided by animal breeding labo - ratory of China Medical University No. 2 Clinical College. These pigs were divided into five groups randomly, eight for every group. Every group were earmarked, food and water was forbidden for 6h before surgery. Anaethesia; 5% chloral hydrate (2ml/kg) clysis or afflux by way of mouth. If the effect was not satisfying, used 0. 25% Lidocaine 5 ~ 8ml to local anaesthesia. When all was done, the pigs lied on there back, routin skin antisepsis, spread asepsis cloth, take the incision of midst of midsection below xiphoid, carved piece by piece and enter into abdomen, this was sameness of 5 groups. The first experiment -al group, with diaphragm - esophageal ligment cut and His angle destroyed; the second, besides the above, with esophageal hiatus cut and part of the fundus of stomach into thoracic cavity; the third, with partial seromuscular layer de-stroyed; the fourth, with partial obliteration of pylorium and upper part of duodenum. The baby pigs had gastrointestinal barium meal and esoph - ageal monitoring and pH monitoring before and after the operation, then were killed when they grew to 12 ~ 16 weeks old and specimen were obtained for further general anatomic and pathological studies. Adopt physical methods to engender the imitate biologic electrical signal accordant to the organism gastric natural pace -maker frequency, Using the anamnestic function of neur - ocyte of the organism gastric, and the method of plus feed - back to evoke and resume the natural pace ?maker frequency of the organism gastric, take the gastric electrical dys-rhythmia normalization. We took 45 baby rabbits of 2 weeks after birth, male 24 female 21 weight 0. 2 ~ 0.4kg, which were divided into two groups randomly. The model groups 25 cases and the control group 20 cases. There were 25 cases in mode group, and made the animal models with gastric dysfunction and GER. The model groups were divided into treat - ment group 15 cases and control group 10 cases. The treatment group were treated by bioelectrical pace - maker. The control group, without any treatment. All the animals were scanned by isotope again to examine the half - emptying time and emptying rater after 14 days. And in clinically, twenty normal child - ren and twenty - one children with GER were studied. We use portal surface electrogastrography to monitor and record the preprandial 30 minutes and postprandial 30 minutes of gastric myoelec-trical changes; dominant frequen - cy (DF) , dominant power (DP) , the percentage of normal slow wave ( N% ) , the percentage of bradygastria ( B% ) , the percentage of tachygastria (T%) and instable coefficient (DFIC). The change of PH value during 24h is recorded by portal PH - metry and the findings will help to decide the features of reflux types. In addition, we took 34 children who were diagnosed as GER with de - lay in gastric emptying as treatment group, 20 normal infants as control group, treated them by bioelectrical pace - maker and examined them by isotope scan - ning, comparing the difference between before and after treatment and that between treatment group and control group. External appraising the clinical curative effect of the bioelectrical pace - maker.ResultThirty - eight baby pigs were alive after operation and 2 were dead. The control group had no GER, Result of es...
