Objective:Analysis characteristics of GERD in patients with non-elderly groupand older group: Principal investigator of cases between the two groupsof patients suffering from, whether there are differences between thesexes; drinking, obesity, stress and GERD correlation; anxiety, depressionand psychological impact of barriers to GERD. Observation of treatment:replacement number of elderly patients in group GERD PPI frequency. For patients with mental disorders of refractory gastroesophageal refluxdisease (rGERD): the elderly group were given oral PPI (esomeprazoleroutine dose of20mg two times a day) combined with anti anxiety, antidepressant Deanxit (1tablet oral once daily in the morning),non-elderly group were given oral PPI (conventional dose ofesomeprazole20mg twice a day), Deanxit (1tablet oral twice daily, takennoon and morning) analysis of the effect of20days of treatment, twogroups of patients were self controlled clinical observation. Observe largedoses of esomeprazole (40mg,2/day) oral feasibility of the treatmentof elderly patients with rGERD, the results were statistically analyzed toinvestigate the feasibility of clinical features and treatment programs. Methods:Selected patients in the outpatient department of internal medicine ofNo.1Hospital of Jilin University gastrointestinal clearly diagnosedGERD patients, treatment is invalid and accompanied by anxiety, depression, insomnia and other mental disorders patients on conventional PPI assists anxiety, self rating depression scale SAS and SDS and otherrelated symptom questionnaire. The patients are divided into non-elderlygroup according to age (30-64years old) and old group (65-80years old),compared with the general situation of two groups of patients (age, gender), clinical features and treatment (obesity, drinking, stress andsymptoms of GERD), effect of psychological factors on the disease.Patients with anxiety, depression or anxiety depression in patients withgastroesophageal reflux disease were treated with oral PPI and anxiolytic, antidepressant Deanxit treatment, specifically as follows: the non-elderlygroup GERD patients were treated with PPI (esomeprazole routine doseof20mg two times a day) combined with anti anxiety, depressionmedicine Deanxit (1tablet oral twice daily, taken noon and morning),aged group GERD patients were treated with PPI (esomeprazole routinedose of20mg two times a day) combined with anti anxiety, antidepressantDeanxit (1tablet oral once daily in the morning),20days for a course oftreatment, observed effect of non-elderly group and elderly group therapyin patients with GERD and its control statistical analysis. Observation oflarge dose of Esomeprazole in elderly patients in group rGERD (40mg,2/day) feasibility of oral treatment of rGERD. Record the number oftimes the replacement of old patients with GERD class PPI drugfrequency at the same time. Results:This study included576GERD patients, male316cases, female260cases, age30~80years old were distributed in. All patients were dividedinto two groups according to their age, among non-elderly group ofpatients with GERD209cases,367cases of GERD patients agedgroup.Non-elderly group GERD patients male126cases, female83cases, age distribution in30-64years old group, GERD patients, male190cases,female177cases, age distribution at the age of65-80. Analysis andcomparison of results in elderly group than in the non-elderly groupsignificantly increased the number of cases suffering from GERD,non-elderly group than the number of cases of men suffering from thesame group of women, the number of cases suffering from old age groupwas no difference between the sexes. Elderly patients because of pooreconomic conditions, it is difficult to accept the high dose ofesomeprazole therapy, some patients give up, then lost to follow-up, datacollection is not complete, statistical analysis can not be performed, resulting in a large dose of esomeprazole treatment failure. Combinedwith the patient’s symptoms, endoscopy and anxiety, depressionself-rating scale SAS, SDS questionnaire scores greater than50toconsider the merger mental disorders rGERD, the statistical resultsshowed that the non-elderly group GERD in female patients with anxiety, depression psychological disorder with the same group of male, while theolder group GERD patients with mental disorders significantly higherthan that in the non-elderly group, and between the elderly andpsychological barrier of men and women suffering from no difference.RGERD patients were treated with PPI combined with anxiety, depression, give psychological disorders (esomeprazole routine dose of20mg two times a day) combined with anti anxiety, antidepressantDeanxit,20days for a course of treatment, the results showed that PPI(esomeprazole) used in conjunction with Deanxit treatment rGERD quick, obvious symptoms, side effects, statistical results indicate a statisticallysignificant difference. Conclusion:1.Non-elderly group of patients with gastroesophageal reflux number ofcases of men suffering more than women (especially during the45-64years old);2.Non-elderly group of patients suffering from gastroesophageal refluxhigh number of male patients with obesity, drinking and stress related;3.No significant difference between male and female patients withgastroesophageal reflux in the older group;4.Older group of patients with gastroesophageal reflux combined mentaldisorders than non-elderly group significantly increased the number ofpatients with gastroesophageal reflux;5.The number of women in non-elderly group of gastroesophageal refluxdisease combined mental disorders than men;6.Older people replace PPI drugs more often, and no significant relief ofsymptoms;7.Non-elderly group and the older group of patients, the combinedmental disorders rGERD patients (esomeprazole) jointly by the PPIanxiety, depression treatment drugs Deanxit quick, obvious symptoms, side effects.
