Objective Study On The Interior And Exterior Relationship Between The Lung And The Large Intestine

Objective: Based on the theory of TCM, this paper perceptively demonstrates the essence of lung function of desleading through indexes of modern medical science,and further expresses the objectivity of the interior and exterior relatonship between the lung and the large intestine.Methods:(l) Forty mice were divided into four groups randomly:normal group,model group,ligation group and treatment group.The model was made by the method of partly ligating the recta outside the body.The level of endotoxin(ET) in blood plasma was measured by dynamic nephelometric method and the content of TNF-a in blood serum was detected by the method of radioimmunity.(2)After the mice were killed,their left lungs were taken out for bronchi-alveoli fluid, then the content of MDA in BALF was tested by TBA method.(3)The vitality of PAM in BALF was countied on the counting set of erythrocyte,and the blue-dyed cells (the lethal cells)were counted, then the percentage of PMN was worked out.(4)The pathological features of the mice's lung tissue were observed with routine and ultramicro pathological mechanism.(5)The expression level of the TNF-a mRNA in the mice'lung tissue was detected by RT-PCR method.Results: (1) The level of blood plasma ET, blood serums TNF-a of the model group is higher than that of the normal group(P<0.01). The level of ET and TNF-a of the treatment group obviously decreased, which was very markedly different from that of the model group (P<0.01);(2) The content of albumen and MDA in BALF of the model group increased more than that of the normal group(P<0.01),but thatof the treatment group decreases obviously, comparing with the model group the difference was sigmficant(P<0.01). The level of total phosphatide and albumen decreased obviously, which differed from that of the normal group(P<0.05). The level of the total phosphatide and albumen of the treatment group increase obviously, which differed from that of the model group (P<0.01),and markedly different from that of the ligation group. (3) The percentage of the lethal PAM in the model group was obviously higher than that of the normal group(P<0.01). The percentage of the lethal PAM in the treatment group decreased obviously, which differed from that of the model group (P<0.01). The number of PMN of the BALF in the model group increased rapidly.But the proportion of the PMN in BALF of the treatment group decreased,which was more remarkable than that of the model group or the ligation group(P<0.01 or <0.05).(4) As to changes of lungs of the mice in the model group, besides typical changes such as congestion, edema and bleeding, there were ultramicro structure changes, most of which were changes like tumefaction, denaturalization, putrescence, structure aberrance of the epithelium of alveolus I and II and the alveolus PAM. the above-mentioned the lung damage could be rehabilitated through clearing the hollow viscera. (5) Forty-eight hours later upon the mice molding, symptoms of the lung damage were of most significance. At the same time , TNF-a mRNA was expressed most fiercely, but that of the ligation group and the curing group decreased.Conclusion: Clearing the hollow fu-organs can decrease the level of ignoramus in lung and trachea (such as ET, TNF-a, MDA and albumin) and recovery of the lung's function of descending is available to clear the hollow viscera and facilitate the lung; thus this paper illuminates the objectivity of the interior and exterior relationship between the lung and the large intestine.
