This experiment makes a further exploring on the theory of"the lung and the large intestine have interior and exterior relationships".Through setting up mice models of lung diseases,observe the pathological and tissue changes of lung and large intestine,and correlated index changes in normal group and comparing group.In the experiment,30 rats (half male and half female )were randomly divided into 3 groups,each 10:normal control group,lung-qi deficiency group,and phlegm-heat storing in lung group.Establish lung-qi deficiency models and phlegm-heat storing in lung models through sootiness with smoke and trachea injecting with fat-sugar.Normal control group was fed in normal environment without smoke.Observing the changes of skin,hair,olfactory secretion,respiration,response.Collecting samples after 28days,observe the pathological and tissue changes of lung and large intestine.Mensurating content changes of sIgA in large intestine plasm through with the method of radiate immnnity.Detecting expression of VIP and P substance in large intestine through immunohistochemistry.IL-4 in serum of lung-qi deficiency group and phlegm-heat storing in lung group is higher than normal condition group.IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 in serum is lower than normal condition group.Detecting expression of SPmRNA in large intestine through quantitative RT-PCR.Experimental datum are analyzed by SPSS11.5.The results manifest that tissue and conformation of lung and large intestine in lung-qi deficiency group and phlegm-heat storing in lung group,take great changes.sIgA in large intestine plasm decrease.Expression of VIP and P substance in large intestine reduce; IFN-γand IL-4 in blood serum increase;IFN-γ/IL-4 derease;expression of SPmRNA in large intestine decrease.This experiment bases on the lung and the large intestine diseases.Confirming the neraly relationships between lung and large intestine from several aspects such as immunity and gastroenteroloaical movement.Posting the essence of the theory of"the lung and the large intestine have interior and exterior relationships".It also offers some evidence,methods and therapy for exploiting the modern study and application of this theory.
