Clinic And Pharmacological Study On DAN Qihua Zheng Capsule For Treating Hysteromyoma

Hysteromyoma, a common and multiple ailment of women, is treated by operation inland and abroad, also by normonotherapy. However, operation isn't fit for unmarried and nulliparous patients, and normonotherapy has evidently side effects and many complications. Sunmarizing the experience of treating hysteromyoma by TCM in recently years, "Dan Qi Hua Zheng" (DQHZ) Capsule is advantedly developped, it is new capsule preparation based on herbal soup with better clinical effects, and has handly characteristic so that patients use and bring. The subject systematicly observes and studies clinical effects, harmful effects and mechanism of DQHZ Capsule. The objective is to offer scientific basis and new medicine for hysteromyoma treatment in tranditional Chinese medicine.Clinical observation shows that DQHZ Capsule has not only the effects on shrinking hysteromyoma but also the evident effects on controling hysteromyoma growth, improving clinical symptom and so on. It hasn't side, toxic and harmful effects. In clinic, using methods of multiple centre, randoim double blind snd partial opening for observing and treating 240 Cases of patients with hysteromyoma, divideing them into 120 cases in treating group, 90 cases in controling group and 30 cases in opening group.The results show that In total effects, there are cure rate and markedly effective rate 40% and totally effective rate 87.5%. Compared with control group, there is obvious differential (P<0.01); In the effects on hysteromyoma itself there are cure rate and markedly effective rate 54.17% and totally effective rate 64.17%. Compared with control group, there is obvious differential(P<0.01); In TCM symptom, there are cure rate and markedly effective rate 56.67% and totally effective rate 92.5%. Compared with control group, there is evident differential(P<0.05).Mechanism research shows that DQHZ Capsule can obviously restrain growth of hysteromyoma induced by estrin, resist estradiol and progesterone of the rat's blood, improve microcirculation of the rat's mesenterium and high viscosity of the rabbit's blood, restrain constraction frequency of uterine smooth muscle, active ability ofuterus and inflanmation induced by dimethylbenzene and foreign body in uterus, shorten bleeding time of the mouse.In a word, clinical observing and mechanism studying of DQHZ capsule show that TCM has wide prospect in treating hysteromyoma. Its clinic effects on hysteromyoma is sure. It hasn't side, toxic and harmful effects, patients easily accept. So it merits to be developped and studied advantedly.
