A Research On The Theory Of The Modern Hospital Administration Innovation

Taking the management innovation of modern hospital as investigation objects , according to the medical reform and the current situation of hospital management in China, by theories and means of management innovation science, hospital management science, economic, clinical medicine, behavioral medicine and so on ,the paper investigates the basic theory and method of modern hospital management innovation ,sets up it's basic theory frame and discusses it's formation and development. The paper lays special emphasis on expounding the three links of hospital management innovation including institutional innovation, innovative operation and technological innovation of hospital management and puts forward the new concepts, countermeasures and methods. It analyses the environment of modern hospital management innovation, studies it's correlation with demand and structure of medical market, meanwhile, it expounds it's research scope and development trend.(4 ) It studies the countermeasure of modern hospital management innovation, defines it's connotation, analyses the current status and the new demands after China entered WTO. It points out it is the conversion of property system that is the core and background of modern hospital management innovation, investigates the innovation of organizing-strucrure ,devises the recombination and reforger of hospital management by describing the working flow chart and reformer table and sets up a mode of probability.
