Studies On Spinal Cord Injury Rats Treated By Jiaji Electropuncture

In this research, taking Wistar rats models of SCI made by Allen's as objects of study. There are two part in this research.Research one: in the same segments, treatment are taken by Jiaji electropuncture or dexamethasone (DXM) in 8h and 24h after SCI, model rat's motor and sensory function are studied by CBS; injury spinal cord's NT-3 and c-Fos are studied by ABC immunohistochemistry and optic techniques. The result show that model rats' motor and Sensory function treatment are apllied in 8h is better in 24h, short time effect, DXM effect is better than Jiaji electropuncture, remote effect, Jiaji electropuncture is better than DXM when treatment are applied in 8h; remote effect, DXM have no ascendancy, but Jiaji electropuncture effect is good when treat ment are applied in 24h.Reseach two: in the different segments, treatment applied by Jiaji electropuncture and NaosuizaishengDan or Jiaji electropuncture at same time, with advanced techniques such as insitu hybridization and optic, endogenous NTFS. c-Fos are studied. The result show that: The NGFmRNA, BDNFmRNA, c-FosmRNA's, postive incidence time is different at different segments, the highest level time of each factor are earlier in T8 than in L1.This article elaborates the active influnce of Jiaji electro-puncture to treatment SCI at molecular level. Jigji electropuncture can enhance endogene NTFS secret and promote nerve the regenration. It verify that there is new treatmant time and space difference treatment appling by Jiaji electropuncture to SCI.The research provides theoretical and experimental foundation for clinical treatment to SCI.
