The cancer of lung is one of the most popular malignant tumors. In the recent 50 years, both the morbility and mortality of the lung cancer patients are rapidly ascending in the world, especially in the developed industrial countries. The male patients who died in the lung cancers are the most than other patients who died in other cancers in all countries of the world. The mortality of the lung cancer patients is gradually increasing by years. The morbility of the lung cancer patients is the first one in the popular cancers in the developed industrial countries, such as Unite States and so on. The morbility of lung cancer patients is the most in the popular cancers and the mortality of lung cancer patients is the first cause of death in the cancer patients. At present, the initial treatment of the lung cancers is the surgical removal of the disease focus. The lung cancer patients when go to hospitals are almost in the middle and/or late stage because of the lack of early effective diagnosis methods. Therefore, the curative ratio of lung cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment is low, cancer cells often transfer to other organ tissue, and the existence time of the lung cancer patients is rather short. The radiotherapy and chemotherapy and biological treatment usually are used after surgical treatments in the clinic. But the patients after were treated with the radiotherapy and chemotherapy always suffer traumas, and effects of the biological treatments is not obvious and the biological treatment itself is being in the experimental and test stage. Hence, it is the most important significant and is the one of hot present studies that we explore some methods which increase the effects of inhibiting tumor development and injury lung cancer patients little. In recent 20 years, there is more and more electromagnetic field around the earth on which human live along with the rapid development of electronic industries and electrical engineering. The electromagnetic field greatly affects human health and survivorship. Therefore, we pay more and more attention to the biological effects of electromagnetic fields. The exploring biological and medical problems related with electromagnetic fields from the levers of cells and molecules is of great important on the scientific theories and practical applications. In recent several years, the studies of electromagnetic biological effects have been developed from plants to animals and medicine fields, and the significant results have been obtained. The definite intensity of electrostatic fields can effectively inhibit the tumor cell growth from the experiments of treatments human hepatic carcinoma cell line SMMC7721 and/or mouse sarcoma cell line S-180 by the high voltage electrostatic field in vitro. Many people think that the dielectric constant of tumor cells is very different from normal cells'. Tumor cells are much more sensitive than normal cells for electromagnetic waves, and the conductance of the cytoplasm of tumor cells is higher than normal cells'. Hence, tumor cells have much more sensitivity than normal cells to electromagnetic waves. In another reports, the low dose X ray radiations causes exciting effects and, raises the body's immunologic functions. Furthermore, the weak intensity pulse electromagnetic fields also improved the cytotoxic of tumor cells. If the electromagnetic pulse can bore some holes on the tumor cell membrane, antitumor medicines can easily enter into tumor cells. Thus, the effective functions of antitumor medicines are improved. The objectives of this research are involved 3 parts: 1. How the growth of mouse Lewis lung cancer cells are inhibited by whether the high voltage prickle static electricity field or the high voltage prickle static electricity field binding chemotherapy drugs; 2. How the normal mouse immunologic functions are affected by the high voltage prikle static electricity field; 3.
