Comparatively Research Between "Sixiang" Medicine In Korean And Treatment Determination Based On Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:In order to offer scientific theory basis for clinical application and development of "si xiang" medicine. We elucidate constitution of "si xiang" medical academic systems in Korean , collect the rules and theories of "si xiang" medicine , make its constitution medical character known and analysis the difference of theory , content , thinking method between treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation and treatment determination based on xiang differentiation. Method:We synthetically analysis the difference of theoretical origin , scientific connotation , basic content , thinking methods by different research methods such as philology, history and logic. Content:We analyze the life and scientific attainments of"si xiang" medical organiger --Dr Lijima; Collect the content and characteristic of "si xiang" medicine which include the wholism of nature and human , Yi and Yang theory , "si xiang" theory , Viscera theory , Pathology theory, Diagnoses determination based on xiang differentiation, Treatment determination based on xiang differentiation , Regimen determination based on xiang differentiation; Compare the difference of treatment determinition basedon xiang differentiation with treatment determinition based on syndrome differentiation , the emphasis of study is the relation of different syndrome based on different xiang and different syndrome based on different constitution. Analysis actuality and trend of reformation and development of Korean medicine.Conclusion: Constitution factors of "si xiang" medicine is Yi Yang "si xiang" theory of ancient natural philosophy , humankind center theory of Confucianism , prevent and treat experience of Chinese medical theory and clinical practice and Korean medicine.
