Objective: To investigate the dynamic variance of immune function of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: 24 patients with MAP and 22 patients with SAP were enrolled in the study. Blood samples were collected respectively on the first, 3th and 7th day after outbreak. T lymphocyte subsets with their apoptotic rate and HLA-DR expression on monocytes were measured by Flow Cytometer. Serum levels of TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-10 were also detected. Results: Compared with the control group and MAP group, CD4~+ T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ of patients with SAP decreased remarkably, while the apoptotic rate of CD4~+ T cells increased significantly, suggesting the cell immunity disorder. The HLA-DR expression on monocytes in patients with SAP was much lower than the other two groups, thus, the antigen presenting function was weakened in SAP group. The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with SAP were significantly higher than that in control group and MAP group. And the ratio of IL-6/IL-10 in SAP group was visibly less than other groups from the 3th day to the end of the...
