The Experimental Study Of Qixuanyixin Capsule On Myocardial Ischemia And I_tol Of Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease Rats

With summarizing the knowledge of diabetic coronary heart disease in TCM, we conclude it is the deficiency of qi and yin, blood stasis and the stagnation of phlegm which caused this disease. So we did this animal experiment of Qixuanyixin capsule which can invigorate qi , nourish yin , remove heat , promote blood circulation and expel stasis. Contrast with west medicine ( glipizide) group and TCM ( danshendiwan) group, we studied the effect of Qixuanyixin capsule on diabetic CHD rats .The results: Qixuanyixin capsule improved the ECG and cardiac function, lowered the blood-sugar content and GSP, elevate Ins, regulated the blood-lipid, degraded the PDGF and MMPs in heart and raised Itol. The results show: Qixuanyixin capsule can alleviate the myocardial ischemia and modulate the metabolic disorder of the diseased rats, prove the drug effect of Qixuanyixin on model rats; Qixuanyixin capsule can elevate the Ito reduced on cytomembrane of diabetic coronary heart disease rats to recover the cardiac action potential, so definite the effect site on cellular level; it is part of the pharmacological action mechanism that Qixuanyixin capsule can degraded the PDGF and MMPs in heart to alleviate the myocardiac fibrosis and heart remodelling.
