| 1 AimThe children's anal fistulae is familiar in children's anorectal diseases.Its etiology and therapy is not similar with adult.The children with anal fistulae seldomly had the possibility of the self-cure, and most of patients were hardly cured.Such the Chinese materia medica having the efficacy of expulsing wind, eliminating dampness and promoting blood circulation were applied to treat the children anal fistulae and had obtained the good primary curative effects.This research intended to further observe clinical curative effects with Anal fistula Ointment in children anal fistulae,while going deeply into the research of cytobiological action mechanism with Anal fistula Ointment.The research would offer the more accurate methods to the clinic for treating anal fistulae,and at the same time elaborating cytobiology action mechanism that children anal fistula were not be self-cured.2 Methods and contents2.1 Clinical researchClinically,38 cases with children anal fistulae were divided into two groups compa- ratively at random.the treated group with 19 cases were subjected to Anal fistula Ointment,while the controlled group were subjected to Mayinglong Shexiang Hemorrhoid Ointment.Etiology,disease duration,the type of diseases,temperature,the location and number of internal opening were recorded.The three class grades were adopted to evaluate the clinical symptoms,signs, examing condition of digit, tongue-coating, pulse,observating finger pr- int,variety in pH of the local secretion, following-up and so on.2.2 Experiment research⑴The tissure of the complete child anal fistula obtained by surgical operation was chosen to be experimented.
