Objective:this study was made to find a clinical operation method with features of definitely curative effect, security, uneasy to recur. This study explored the method that could reduce recovery time of anal fistula and protect the anal function, through observation and evaluation of clinic effects of curing simple anal fistula between anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture and anal fistula incision drainage.Methods:60anal fistula patients conforming to inclusion criteria were chose clinically, and were divided into two groups in random, the treatment group and the control group30patients in the treatment group adopted anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture, and the other30patients in the control group adopted anal fistula incision drainage. Recorded area, bleeding, edema and healing time of the wounded surface and postoperative scar area for two groups respectively on the2nd,7th, and14th days after operation, comprehensively compared results from two groups and observed their curative effects. Applying Data Statistical Software SPSS19.0to do statistic analysis. Results:the clinically observed result showed that recovery rate of two groups was both100%, and two groups were both without wounded surface infection and anal dysfuction(P<0.05). However, for short-term effects, in other words, for wounded surface area and postoperative bleeding, the effects of the treatment group were better than that of the control group obviously(P<0.05);for long-term effects, in other words, for postoperative scar area and healing time, the effects of the treatment group was better than that of the control group obviously(P<0.05). For anal function, the results from two groups were without any statistical significance, that is to say, the effects from two groups were similar. Conclusion:using anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture to cure low and simple anal fistula was an operation method which was confirmed with definite curative effects. The anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture had unparalleled advantage over anal fistula incision drainage without reducing trauma and suture in postoperative and curative effects index of the wounded surface area, postoperative bleeding, healing time, postoperative scar area, etc, what’s more, without postoperative infection. The results showed that anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture played a big role in reducing wounded surface, bleeding in short-term, and reducing healing time and protecting anal function, and this operation method was a practicable and effective method. This clinical study provided theoretical and clinical practice support for clinical application of anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture. The clinical effects of anal fistula incision drainage with reducing trauma and suture were definitely practicable, this operation method had comprehensive application prospect and was worth being lucubrated and popularized.
