| Animal models of two strains mice with hair growth and development disorder were established. The suitable dosage, exposure period and heredity of the models were ascertained. The phenotype including the intensity, diameter, length, and shape of the hairs of the exposed groups and the control was measured or described. The off-spring exposed to 10.0mg/kg dosage had no hair visible to naked eye on the back during the exposure. The gene expression profile of the skin of group tested and control were analyzed using the Affymetrix mouse genome gene chip. The results showed most genes encoding the main component of the hair shaft down-regulated remarkably, and the expression of gene involved in the regulation of the expression of Krts and Krtaps changed remarkably. We made a preliminary analysis of the possible mechanisms of hair growth and development disorder induced by CK-794 on the basis of our results. |
