Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. China is located the areas of high morbidity of HCC. The mortality rate of HCC is very high, and has become the second cause of all malignant death in china. The symptom of HCC is very latent and unspecific. Most of them lost the opportunity of surgical resection after diagnosis and can only receive transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI), radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and other therapy. But the curative effect is unsatisfied. To study the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma, find new questions in process of cells proliferation and differentiation, and find new therapy way become currently arrestive issue. There was important action on cell signaling transduction to cells proliferation and differentiation, any component change of signaling transduction pathway could induce the lose control of cells proliferation and apoptosis and so induce the progress of tumor. There was important significance of the tyrosine protein kinase signaling transduction pathway in tumor process. Ras/Raf/ERK and JAK-STAT signaling transduction pathways play important roles in hepatocellular carcinoma process, but its action mechanism is unknown. So we observed the expression and correlation of ERK, P38 and C-jun of Ras/Raf/ERK signaling transduction pathway and JAK2, STAT3 and STAT5 of JAK-STAT signaling transduction pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, compared with cirrhosis liver tissues to find its action mechanism. To study the effect of Ras/Raf/ERK and JAK-STAT signaling transduction pathway on tumor cells, and the effect on cell proliferation after the signaling transduction pathway was restrained, we treated with Chinese herbal matrine, oxymatrine and the inhibitor of...
