The gastric carcinoma is one of the most malignant diseases to the human . Traditional therapy for cancer including surgical operation. and chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a systematic methord to heal the cancer which has the different rate to grow and the metabolic process, therefore the fine therapeutic effect had got when the tumor cell proliferating. It is no use to inhibit the proliferating of tumor cell for it's low growth rate and Hypermetabolism.. The weak patients were not healed complete for part of the normal tissue having been harmed during the stage of the therapy .Through the investigation , the surface of the tumor has some specific receptors or antigen that were benefit to cure the tumor for it's diagnosis and immunotherapy. LHRH-PE40 is a immunotoxin composed of Luteinizing Hormone-Releasing Hormone and Aeruginosa Exotoxin 40 which indentify the receptor of the tumor cell, then ,taking the PE40 into the cell for killing the target cell without destroy the normal tissue. The experiment were devoted to research the expression of LHRH receptor on the cells of gastric carcinoma and the specificity of the LHRH-PE40 bonding to the tumor cell. Toxicity that the LHRH-PE40 to the bandicoot was the main purpose .1. The experiment of the competition for the Cell Receptor of the Cell of Cancer and the Normal with LHRH-PE40...
