Nevus of Ota is a congenital or acquired pigmentary disorder of the skin and mucous membranes .In this disorder, the pigmentation is usually unilateral, being most pronounced on the eyelids and in the zygomatic region. These areas are innervated by the first and second branch of the trigeminal nerve. The colors of nevus of Ota are brown and blue. This study is composed of three parts, the first part is clinical statistics about nevus of Ota, the second part is about pathology and ultra structures of nevus of Ota, the third is about of etiology of nevus of Ota.The first partObjective: To count clinical and treatment statistics about nevus of Ota and analyses their differences in nevus of Ota.Methods: Collective 602 cases clinical statistics of nevus of Ota, apply to clinical records, check photos and ask questions to patients by letters and telephones.Results: The patients are consist of 117 male cases (19.44% ), 485 female cases (80.56% ). 323 cases (53.65% ) are congenital, the most acquired cases appears skin lesions in adolescence. The skin lesions of brown are 281cases, blue are 321cases, also the colors of most cases are pale brown and pale blue in the first of acquired cases. A clinical classification was proposed by Tanino, type I are 186 cases (30.87%), type II are 302 cases (50.17%), type III are 101 cases (16.78% ), type IV are 13 cases (2.16%) .
