Hypertension, which is a cardiovascular disease with a high prevelance, remains an greater challenge to the health of the people all over the world. As a consequence of long course of hypertension, cardiac remodeling developed, as well as left ventricular hypertrophy, which is a indedpendent risk factor of cardiac events.The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of renin angiotensin system (RAS) on the cardiac remodelling in hypertensives.
