Background and Objective:The data from WHO indicated: the hyper cholesterol was the fourth dangerest factor to people's health in advanced countries. The incidence of gall-stone caused by hyper cholestrin had exceeded 7%. At the same time, gallectomy occupied 25% of abdomen surgery because of gall-stone. In our country, the incidence of gall-stone increased every year because the structure of food changed. After analysised the fluid dynamics of bile, we thought the liver played the main role in keeping the pressure of bile duct and the movement of the bile duct was controlled by gallbladder and SO in different physiological conditions. SO was the only way to excrete bilis. So, the function of SO was the key factor to decide whether the gallbladder was empty or full. Any disease that was harmful to dilation and contraction of SO would increase the resistance of excreting bilis. And the result was that...
