The cure of bone defect is a difficult problem insurgery. The ultimate obstruct is that the ideal bone sunenal has not been found. With the appearance and development of bone tissue engineering,it may be cecome the new and ideal therapy of the bone defect. With more achievement has been harvested about the seeding cells and the scaffolds, the cellular tissue engineering bone has been constructed successfully in vitro. Moreover the experiments have been attempt to repair the bone defects by the cellular tissue engineering bone.It is important for the tissue engingeering bone to be vascularized, just the same as the blood circulation is necessary for the normal skeleton. Therefore,it is the key point for the tissue engineering bone to have the vascularization when it is transplanted in vivo. Our research is to explore the construction and neovascularization of the tissue engineering bone. There are three items to explore the construction and neovascularization of the bone tissue engineering in our research.Part I: The osteoblasts derived from the rabbits cranial periostium cultured in vitro and The co-culture of osteoblasts with nano-meter cranial defect substitute and osteoconductive materialsObjective:To observe the characteristics and the osteogenic capability of the cranial periosteal-derived osteoblasts by cell culture in vitro. To study the ability of nano-meter cranial defect substitute and osteoconductive materials combining with the cultured cells.Methods:...
