Primary bronchia lung cancer, a familiar clinical malignant tumour, is an important disease that human health is threatened. Although the measures against primary Branch lung cancer such as operation, radiotheraphy, chemotherapy and biotherapy had been developing, the prognosis of lung cancer is still worst with 15% of 5-year-viability. The most exigent task encountered to oncologist is to find and explore a series of novel measures against lung cancer.Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a family of molecular chaperons, which are indispensable in physiological states and their expression can be induced under stress conditions. HSPs are a highly conserved set of polypeptides in their molecular structure and their biological functions are involve in maintaining spacial structure of protein, assisting the correct fold of new peptides, assisting the assembly and transport of protein complex, and participating in the degradation of damaged proteins or peptides. It had been proved by many evidences that several HSPs expression is up-regulation in tissue-derived primary lung cancer, and HSPs may play important roles in development, in resistant to drugs and in prognosis of lung cancer. According to these findings, there have not still systemic research on which HSPs, especially HSP70 can be or not thought as a new biological target in the therapy to lung cancer. In present study, to clarify the potential sense of HSP70 in gene-therapy lung cancer, and to provide an experimental clue and academic evidence, firstly, we will affirm the expression of HSPs, especially HSP70. Secondly, we are going to probe into the relationship of HSP70 with lung cancer and to observe the effect of HSP70 on...
