Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common malignant tumor throughout the entire world, the morbidity is ascending year by year and has occupied 5 percent above in the malignant tumors. HCC has the property of high malignance and poor prognosis, the 5 year survival rate is less than 5 percent in the patients complicated symptoms. The cases died of HCC surpassed 50 million one year in the world. In our country, HCC has become the second cause of malignant tumor and the mortality is the first in the world. It has not assured therapy to cure HCC till now, only 30 to 40 percent patients profit from radical surgery in clinic, which even is one of the most effective methods to HCC, and the effect is not ideal as the recurring latterly and low 5 year survival rate. The combined therapies dominated by surgery, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and interventional therapy are still the main means to HCC in clinic, however, the insensitivity to therapy and multidrug resistance lead to poor effect. For the past few years, some new methods were employed to HCC, such as biologic immunotherapy, liver transplantation, radio frequency, high focused ultrasound and etc, and some effects were gained, it is the biologic immunotherapy that became the studying focus to many reserchers as its peculiar preponderance especially.Macrophage system is one of the important ways to immune defence, activated macrophages dissolve and kill tumor cells by phagocytosis, ADCC, cytokine and etc. Kupffer cells (KCs) is the main macrophages and...
