Objective:Discuss the clinic manifestations, laboratory examination of Cardiovascular Bchcet's Disease , the selection of the method and the right time of operation and the key points of the preoperative treatments, so that the surgeons can raise the final diagnosis of CBD, reduce the occurrence of deadly complications resulting from wrong diagnosis as well as wrong treatments., meanwhile to improve surgical treatment of the Cardiovascular Bchcet's Disease.Method:The research consists of three parts: the first section is the clinical data of Nanfang hospital, the second section is the clinical data of literatures, and the third section is the combination of the above two.Section 1: the clinical data of Nanfang hospital.A retrospective analysis and research on 15 cases' diagnosing of Cardiovascular Bchcet's Disease clinic manifest, experimental examination of Cardiovascular Bchcet's Disease and the selection of the method and opportunity of operation and the key points of the preoperative treatments and prognosis in Nanfang hospital from Jan 1990 to June 2005.Section 2 : the clinical data of documents.
