ObjectiveSteroids are widely adopted by clinical doctors post-transplantation, but it's difficult to control its side effects. So we want to evaluate the safety and efficacy of steroid withdrawal in new triple immunosuppression regimen after renal transplantation. The outcome measures we care about include: rate of acute and chronic rejection, rate of patient and graft survival, incidence of cardiovascular diseases, infection and tumor. Finally, we want to give some advice on whether and when steroids can be withdrawn in different conditions. Methods1.
