Objective:To investigate the proper anticoagulation intensity and monitoring methods for anticoagulation therapy of patients following mechanical heart valve replacement in China. Methods: (1) The anticoagulation therapy intensity and the complications in 480patients of mechanical heart valve replacement were followed..
