Bioceramics as scalfold is the hotspot of the tissue engineer. Along with the economic and technical development, synthetic materials are showing a promising foreground in the medical field. As a part of National Science Foundation of China "The research of molecular self-assemble nano RADA16-RGD/CPP compounds for bone repair (50472091)" , the aim of this study is to investigate the biochemical characteristics of SCPP as a new type of degradable repairing material for bone matrix. Objective1. To investigate the physiochemical characteristics and the preparation of SCPP.2. To establish the evaluation systems in vitro/vivo to study the biological compatibility of SCPP.3. To evaluate the skeletal conductibility, biodynamical strength of the material, and its degradation in vivo, through the study of the repairing of bone defect by SCPP.Methods1. investigation of the physiochemical characteristics and preparation of SCPP. SCPP whose structure, characteristics and degradation in vitro had been investigated by FTIR, XRD, SEM had been prepared by using calcium carbonate and Strontium carbonate...
