In the developing of the science of bacteria molecular biology, there are so manyevidences suggest that the main mechanism of the pathogenic effect of the bacteria endotoxins-LPS is that, through the combination with soluble CD14, LPS can directly act on parenchymal cells, cause the toxic reaction of the cells and lead to many pathologic changes such as cells' apoptosis. It is reported that, induced by LPS, the apoptosis of parenchymal cells like vascular endotheliocyte and smooth muscle cell, is important pathogenesis of angiocardiopathy. The examination of many infected roots canal and LPS of oral anaerobe in apical cyst shows that LPS is closely related with the occurrence and clinic symptoms of endodontical disease and periapical disease. It was thought that the occurrences of endodontical disease and periapical disease were mainly the immune reaction induced hy LPS. But in recently years, people found that, caused by LPS, the direct injury of parenchymal cells might be the main mechanism.Dental pulp cell is the main cellular component of the pulpal tissue. It plays important roles in nutrition, metabolism, sense and repair of the teeth. In inflammatory reaction, the pulp cells can be injuried by bacteria and their toxic products, which can lead to the necrosis of the pulp tissue. The complicated network system can induce the mesenchymal...
