Renel cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumor in urinary system. It is the secondary commom malignant tumor in urinary system, just posterior to carcinoma of bladder. Because of the extension of everage longerity and the promotion of exam tecnique, the cases in clinic had been found on the rise. Because of the resensitivity of renal carcinoma cell to the radiotherapy and the chemotherapy, biologic therapy is becoming one of the focuses.Suicide gene therapy which was also named drug sensitivity gene therapy is a major method in biologic therapy.
