Enzyme is a kind of biocatalyst which can catalyze chemical reaction with the most specific, the highest efficiency and the fastest in natural world and which give(?)play to action in the room temperature. Many of chemical reactions in organism are catalyzed by enzyme. Since the middle of the eighties, monoclonal antibodies have been elicited that can catalyzed a number of chemical reactions. Such kind of antibody is called catalytic antibody or abzyme which is obtained through combination of technology of McAb with technology of molecular biology. In 1989, an antibody against Co( III ) triethylenetetramin-peptide hapten was produced in Iverson and Lerner laboratory. This antibody can catalyze a sequence-specific hydrolysis of a peptide bound between Gly-Phe. We followed them and synthesized the metal tetrapeptide, immunized...
