Echinococcosis is a term for describing infections in animals and humans with adult tapeworm or larval metacestode stages of the genus Echinococcus. It has been an important and serious health problem in China due to its high prevalence in humans and livestocks. In recent years, with the development in Hydatid research field, basic and clinical researches have been fitting closer and closer, which made the basic immunology still is a key point. After infected by Echinococcus, the hosts may depend on their immune system to defend to the infections, survives and the growths. The clarification of the changes in the host's immune system, combined with the susceptibility in humans and animal models, will be a great help for us to understand its pathogenesis and technology platform in basic research, clinical treatment and prevention.PART IStudy on the stabilities of immunologic states in the hydatid patients and its mechanismObjection: The flow cytometer(FCM) was invented with the highly development in the immune technology. Nowadays, with its rapid analysis and accurate data, FCM has been widely used in the assiatance of many kinds of diseases. Since the reference values on blood lymphocyte immunophenotype in healthy adult were affected by the race, sex, age, etc., it has been very essential to establish our own reference values. After...
