Objective:1. To fabricate the scFv-TAT peptide of specific for γ-Seminoprotein and test its correlated characteristics.2. To fabricate the MION and test its correlated characteristics.3. To fabricate the MR molecular probe of the scFv-TAT-MION and test its correlated characteristics.4. To investigate the efficacy of the scFv-TAT-MION in the MR molecular imaging of the nude mice model grafted with human prostatic carcinoma.Methods:1. To express the plasmid with E4B7 scFv gene template by the method of RTS, and then to analyse the expressed peptide with the methods of electrophoresis, immunoprecipitatio reaction, Western Blotting and immuno-flurescence.
