Tooth and alveolar bone are interdependent, the alveolar bone grows with the growth and eruption of the tooth and retains depending on the health and function of the tooth. Once the tooth was extracted, the width and height of alveolar bone will atrophia gradually. The patients always need 2-3 months to start prosthetic treatment after exelcymosis in clinic. The condition of the alveolar bone after the loss of tooth has close correlation with the effect of denture reparation. There are so many patients' alveolar bone are low and chin. This brings great difficulties to the effect of denture reparation and the establishment of the occluding relation, In our experiment the nHAC/PLA material was developed by the department of material science and engineering in qinghua university through biomimetic method. The material has good biocompatibility, bone guiding and degradation activity. Then we made it to the active nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen/PLA (AnHAC/PLA) which has good bone guiding. We study the contribute of the material in improving the condition of the alveolar bone and provide experimental bases for the use of the material in clinc.1. Used the absolute alcohol to humidificate the nHAC/PLA and improved its hydrophilia. After 1h, 2h, 3h removaled the absolute alcohol and immersed in the isotonic Na chloride for 0.5h, 2h, 24h. Measured the absorption rate and the agravity rate and analyzed in statistics. At the same time observed the microstructure diversity before and after the humidification with scanning electron microscope. The result indicated that there was no statistics difference of the maximum absorption rate between 2h and 3h after humidification. There was no...
