Reversal Effect Of The Effective Part From Verbena Officinalis L. On Multidrug Resistance Of JAR/VP16 Cell Line In Vitro And Its Mechanisms

This project is designed to systemically study the anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effect of the effective part of Verbena officinalis L. (EPVO) on human choriocarcinoma JAR cells. We established a JAR/VP16 cell line from parental JAR cell, in which the effect of EPVO on the reversal of drug-resistance of and its mechanism were studied. This project consists of the following 4 parts.1: Establishment of the quality controlling method of Verbena officinalis L.
