Fifteen Chinese minipigs underwent coronary artery bypass grafting on beating heart under off-pumping using the internal mammary vein as graft which was anastomosed to LAD and ascending aorta. A vessel occluder with a sac which can be inflated by water was encircled around LAD proximal to the anastomotic site of LAD. Injected water to the sac to make the various stenosis degree of LAD. Measured the grafts blood flow and the plasma level of Nitric oxide, Endothelin-1, Calcitonin gene-related peptide of grafts and systemic circulation respectively at different stenosis degree of LAD. Measured the grafts blood flow and the plasma level of Nitric oxide, Endothelin-1, Calcitonin gene-related peptide of grafts and systemic circulation before and fifteen minutes after using different vasoactive drugs. Results : Coronary artery bypass grafting using the pedicled left internal mammary artery as graft was perfomed successfully in 18 Chinese minipigs. The mean diameter of stoma were 4.45 ± 0.84mm. Fifteen minipigs underwent CABG on...
