Objective:Cardiac allograft vasculopathy(CAV) has emerged as the most important limitation to the long-term survival of cardiac-transplant recipients. It has been a ascension of mortality and morbidity of coronary artery disease(CAD) in China.Though the cause of CAV is not sameness with CAD,it is very similar in pathologic damage with the same result of myocardial ischemia and infarction. In CAD patients with 2-and 3-vessels or long and diffuse pathology and CAV patients are not candidators for conventional therapies as PTCA(Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty),CABG.(Coronary artery bypass grafting) and medicine .For those patients,it is crucial to find and develop the good and noninvasive therapies. It has been a new hot spot of research to induce the growth of coronary collaterals in medical circle.Human being and suckler have the same heart with deficiency of coronary collaterals and angiogenesis.Coronary artery stenosis and occlusion will induce the myocardial ischemia and infarction.Coronary arteries are not the end arteries, there are many closed anastomosis branches between them (the diameter is 20~350μm)in the normal condition. With the coronary straitness and occlusion, the anastomosis branches are opening and development of collateral circulation with function. It is very significant to reduce myocardial infarction areaes, protect stunned...
