The Clinical And Experimental Study On Anti-Premature-Beats Of Traditional Chinese Anti-Malatial Artemisia Annua L.and Dichroae Radix

Purpose:The article , using thinking way of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , study the effects traditional anti-malatial Chinese Medicine Annua L. and Dichroae Radix have on premature beats through theory , experiment and clinical aspects . Method: Animal experiments , using aconitine , barium chloride and pituitrin bring our arrhythmia , observe curative effect on arrhythmia hiding time and continuing time . Dog arrhythmia experiment observes the effect of arrhythmia Annua L. and Dichroae Radix have on myocardial ischemia . Clinical experiment observes the effect of 120 premature beats patients . Result : Annua L. and Dichroae Radix can protect the rats'hearts from arrhythmia caused by aconitime , barium chloride and pituitrin , and can protect the dogs'heart from arrhythmia caused ligating coronary artery . The total effectual rate to 120 premature beats patients is 81.67% , the total effectual rate to pure peamature beats is 80.83% , the total effectual rate to Chinese Medicinal symbol is 85% . The ambulatory electro-cardiogram reduces from 328.62±334.76 times/24 hours to 201.07±290.83 times/24 hours (P<0.001). Result : The study prove phlegm heat fire poison is important mechanism to premature beats . Annua L. and Dichroae Radix are safe and effective drugs to resist premature beats . It is a new choice to clinical treatment of premature beats .
