Study On Ancient Literature Of Tuina For Child

Purpose:With systemic and comprehensive collection and categorization of the ancient child Tuina literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this thesis aimed to clarify the development course,elucidated the detail of the acupoints and manipulations,so as to promote the literature study of child Tuina,which may act as theoratical and clinical reference. Methods: In the light of the method of the literature combined with statistic analysis, including as a example, the ancient literatures were retrieved and the database established ,by which the acupoints and manipulations of child Tuina are analized.Result:For the first time,study on the source and course as well as the manuipulations for child Tuina are performed.The author also brought forth the opinoin that the acupoints of child Tuina should be categoried into three parts and the number,origion and distribution were clarified systemically. Meanwhile, several frustrating issues were disscussed for the first time. The achievements made in the study would play a practical role theoratically and clinically.Conclusion:Textual research of the source and course of child Tuina was performed and the issues about the features,categories and composition of the acupoints and manipulations for child Tuina at the different periods also expounded.
