Objective: To study the possibility and effect of MCL reconstruction with autologous tendon by comparing the strain variations in different condition which ACL was normal, ruptured or reconstructed and MCL was normal or reconstructed. To provide more detailed anatomic data for clinical doctors by obsvering and measuring Chinese human cadaver MCL of knees. To explore surgical technique and clinical efficacy of the MCL reconstruction with autologous grafts. Methods: 14 adult specimens of knee MCL were studied anatomically. Its components superficial MCL ,deep MCL and PMC were measured their length, width, size of attachment points and distance ;their normal structure and the degree of tendon status during knee movement of flexion and extension were observed, and their tissue was observed under microscope. In cadaver knees , ACL was cut off and reconstructed with autologous BPTB, then the biomechanics of MCL was measured by the biomechanical machine. The anterior part of MCL was reconstructed with autologous BPTB and the biomechanics of the reconstruction MCL was measured by biomechanical machine, then compared it with the normal MCL. There are 33 patients with grade III MCL injury , whose MCL were reconstructed by...
