Objectives(1 )To study and establish an allelic specific primer polymerase chain reaction (ASP-PCR)technique system and to apply this technique to study single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of genes.(2) To study genetype combination distribution and allelic frequency distribution of SNP at 5 sites of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) gene including NOS3 T-786C, NOS3A-922G, NOS3 G894T, NOS2 C-1173T and NOS2 G-954C SNPs.(3 ) To study genetype combination distribution and allele frequency distribution of SNPs of inducible nitric oxide synthase(NOS2) of NOS2 C-1173T and NOS2 G-954C associated with essential hypertension in the Chinese Han nationality population.(4) To study allele genotype combination distribution and SNPs of NOS3 A-922G, NOS3 T-786C and NOS3 G894T associated with essential hypertension in the Chinese Han nationality population.(5 )To study the relationship between resting heart rate and SNPs at 5 sites of NOS gene including NOS3 T-786C, NOS3A-922G, NOS3 G894T, NOS2 C-1173T and NOS2 G-954C SNPs(6) To search for association between heart period signal spectrum features and SNPs at five sites of NOS2 G-954C, NOS2 C-1173T, NOS3 T-786C, NOS3 A-922G and NOS3 G894T in the Chinese Han nationality population.
