Breast cancer is the most common leading cause of malignant tumor in female. The incidence of breast cancer was increasing meanwhile the mortality keep stable. The reasons were more patients were early detected and more effective treatment, which includes more effective adjuvant cytotoxic chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and molecular targeted therapy. The targeted therapy for breast cancer include the endocrine therapy for estrogen receptor positive, selective chemotherapy targeted to special enzyme, Herceptin for her-2 overexpression breast cancer patients. HER-2 gene is one of the oncogenes closely associated with the occurrence, development, and prognosis of breast cancer. Over-expression of HER-2 is an important negative prognostic factor and may be associated with increased resistance to the routine chemotherapies, radiation therapies and hormone therapies. Herceptin, a specific humanized monoclonal antibody targeting HER-2 receptor has been approved to be applied in clinics in the treatment of breast cancer and made encouraging effects. The study designed based to answer the how about Her-2 expression in Chinese breast cancer, and weather it related with sensitivity with...
