Objectives: (1) Study the pathology and investigate the expression of CD68,MCP-mRNA,ICAM-1 and NF- κB in cerebral aneurismal tissue.(2) Study the relationship between CD68,MCP-mRNA,ICAM-1 and NF- κB so as to elucidate the inflammation mechanism in aneurysm.(3) To observe the effect of anti-inflammation therapy on experimental rabbits' cervical commom carotid artery aneurysm. Methods: (1) The morphological alterations of human cerebral aneurysmal tissue were observed with conventional light microscope and transmission electron microscope.CD68, ICAM-1 and NF-κB expression were investigated by using immunohistochemistry. But the gene expression levels of MCP-1 mRNA were detected by real-time RT-PCR quantity method.(2) Thru cell cultivation, the relationships of NF- κB ICAM-1, and the MCP-1 in HUVEC were studied by using immunohistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR quantity method.(3) Establish animal model of rabbits' cervical commom carotid artery aneurysm.Observe the effect of anti-inflammation therapy .Results: (1) Study with optic microscope showed that the wall of the...
