Objective:1. To understand whether postischemic cardial stunning constributes to BNP production or not. 2. To identify effect of cardial stunning and necrosis in LCO after ischemic reperfusion. 3. To evaluate protection of ischemic preconditioning to myocardial stunning or necrosis in ischemic reperfusion injury. 4. To investigate mechanism of BNP secretion after cardial ischemic reperfusion.Methods: 1.The experimental model of postischemic (15 or 25min) cardial stunning,ischemic preconditioning,repetitive brief ischemic reperfusion with normal LVEDP and elevation of LVEDP without ischemic reperfusion was developed,and record continually electrocardiogram and hemodynamics in electrophysiological recorder before and after ischemic reperfusion. 2. Value of BNP and cTnI is measured by ELISA method. 3. Myocardial histology after ischemic reperfusion is detected in electron microscope. Results:1.
