Objectives :To observe the change of ultrastructure of advanced ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma cell combined of differentiation -inducing therapy by N-(4-carboxyphenyl) retinamide with conventional surgery and chemotherapy. To analyse the correlativity of Spk2 and P27Kipl expression in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma . To investigate the relationship between the expression of Skp2 and P27Kipl and the change of ultrastructure with, the serum level of CA125 and the survival rate of cystadenocarcinoma patients.Methods: Thirty-seven cases of advanced ovarian serous cystadeno- carcinomas in gynecology department of Yuhuang Ding Hospital of Yantai from the year 2000 to 2005 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (EG) with 20 cases and control group (CG) with 17 cases.
