BackgroudIn gynecological tumour, ovarian cancer is one of the most malignant tumour,ovarian cancer, especial endepidermis ovarian cancer, because failure early diagnosis and curative effect of advanced stage very worse, 5 years survival rate is about 30%, death rate is also in the first. Recently, ovarian cancer is found that it has youth tendency and prognosis is very worse. Therefore, it is hot spot to study carcinogenesis, cancer development, drug resistant molecule mechanism and gene therapy.It is important to improve patient prognosis and elevate 5 years survival rate.with the development of the genetics techonology reseach, we find that Human Cancers are ofen associated with chromosomal abnormalities, which including common regions of gain, loss, amplification and rearrangemen. comparative genomic hybridization(CGH) and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) have revealed that chromosome arm 20q, 3q, 1q, 8q, 12p, 11q and 17q show frequently copy number gain in ovarian cancer, but lost in xp, 18q, 4q, 9p and 13q, it is relative high frequencies of 20q gain.The regions of amplification on chromosome 20ql3.2 which including ZNF217 and STK15 candidate oncogene were found.Therefore, it is important for us to select gene in 20q.The candidate oncogene ZNF217, predicted to encode alternatively spliced Kruppel-like transcription factors, was originally...
