[Objective] 1.To study the characteristic of the blood perfusion in normal pancreas. 2. To study the correlation between blood perfusion and clinical feature in various severity acute pancreatitis(AP). 3. To study the correlation between blood perfusion and clinical feature of AP in it's different stage. 4. To find out the effect of blood perfusion in the peripancreatic organ due to AP. 5. To find out the characteristic of the blood perfusion in chronic pancreatitis(CP).[Materials and Methods] 95 patients with AP and 8 patients with CP who confirmed by clinic, 15 patients cured from AP, and 71 patients with abdomen disease but any pancreas disease, who had agreed to undertake a CT perfusion sequence scan during abdominal CT scan were included in the study. Using PHILPS Brilliance 16 multi-detector spiral CT, a routine abdomen scan without contrast had been underwent at first, then a perfusion sequence scan aimed on pancreas been processed, and about 5 min later, a routine abdomen contrast scanning or dual-phase scanning been processed.
