The total number of clinic liver and heart transplantations in the world is more than 60,000 cases hitherto, and the curative effect is all right. However, there is enormous difference between our country and other countries in liver and heart transplant fields, so it is very essential to strengthen the investigation in the areas. Aim of the investigation is to research preservation of organ and immunity restrain therapy on the models of liver and heart transplantations; at the same time, a vivid liver transplantation recipient was observed with long-term, and the primary discussion of immunity supervise and method of immunity restrain therapy was done.THE FIRST PARTThe establishment of liver and heart transplantation models in rats STUDY ONE: Establishment of orthotopic liver transplantation model in the rat with "three cuff methodObjective: To probe into the feasibility of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat with"three cuff" method at the existed condition in our country. Methods: Replicating Miyata's method orthotopic liver transplantation model in SD rat by self-made blood vessel sleevelet and operative retractor. Results: 18 formal experiments were done after more than 60 beforehand experiments had been done.
