The success of high specificity and affinity of anti-human hepatocellular carcinoma monoclonal antibody provides a new approach for hepatoma specific detection and therapy. In this work, 99Tcm and 188Re-labeled hepatoma McAb fragment HAb18 F(ab')2 for radioimmunoimaging and radioimmunotherapy were studied, and apoptosis in HCC cell line induced by 188Re-β irradiation was also discussed.1.
