Objective:1. To compare the differential expression genes between eutopic endometrium of Uig hur and Han women with endometriosis and endometrium of normal-menstruaint women without endometriosis.2. To detect differential proteins expression between Uighur women with or without endometriosis.3. The aim of this study was to determine whether estrogen and cytokines affect the expression of above angiogenic molecules. Method:1. The human gene expression of endometrium with endometriosis and without endometriosis between Uighur women and Han women with 22000 human genes of Cdan microarrays was analyzed.2. The two dimensional gel images of proteins extracted from serum of Uighur women and Han women with endometriosis and controls were analyzed by software Phoretix 2D, and the proteins expressed differently were identified primarily by query of data base.3. In the study, 17-β estradiol (E2) and interleukin (IL)-1β were added to the medium of cultured human endometrial stromal cells and incubated for certain time. Northern Blotting analysis was used to determine the difference of VEGF and TSP1 mRNA expression between cells with treatment (study group) and without treatment (control group). Results:1. 11 differential genes expressed in eutopic endometrium were screened out between Uihgur women with endometriosis and without endometriosis. Among them, 7 were up-regulated, 6 were down-regulated.
