Studies On Therapeutic Basis Of Ziwan Powder And Development Of New Drug

"Ziwan Powder", from《Qianjin Fang》volume 18, also named"Kuandonghua Power", composed of Aster tataricus and Tussilago farfara . It's famous traditional chinese medicine prescription with reliable curative effect. It has long been used for relieving cough , eliminating phlegm, calming asthma in China.This theme studied therapeutic basis of"Ziwan Powder"from three chemical levels including original preparation , efficient extracts , active components . We determined efficient extracts (E.E) of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm using activity tracking method . Therefore, we isolated 57 compounds from E.E . , one of them was infered new compound by NMR spectroscopic and other spectral analysis. Pharmacological results showed that active components included at least shionone, epi-friedanol , kaemferol, quercetin and saponins. Some compounds including quercetin, epi-friedanol and (1a,2a,3a)-1,2-dicaffeoyl-cychopenta-3-ol have anti tumor of lung cancer activity.The research explores"Ziwan Powder"pharmacological function mechanism on different levels of integer, tissue, cell and molecule. We found that the way of calming asthma didn't carry out asβ-2-receptor kinase. CAD Docking techconique was used for screening compounds'relevant activities. The results indicated that"Ziwan Powder"anti-inflammation , anti-germ , anti-virus and anti-histamine activities were relevant by 1LRY ,1A4G, 1PEO and 1AVN.In view of clinic employment properties of"Ziwan Powder", we developed it as new type preparation ----formula granule, which can meet"planning treatment accoding to deagnosis"needs and is easy to take and carry about. To refine the compound prescription, we exploited innovative chinese medicine"Keke droppills". We tested its optimum extract technology, preparation process, which were determined by utilizing orthonal design method and quality standard of"Keke droppills"was fomulated.This paper studied therapeutic basis and pharmacological function mechanism of"Ziwan Powder", using the theory and practice of Chinese Medicine Science as direction, however, combining Pharmacology with Analytical Chemistry, Statistics, Preparation Science and Computer Science, which provided a significative exploration for modernization of TCM.
