Damp blockage in middle energizer is not only the common syndrome of many clinical diseases, but slao it has made great contribution to people's sub-health because of its long course; It often can turn be a hotbed of some epidemic disease outbreaks with people's neglect. Pingweisan has important clinical and social significance as a representative prescription to treat damp blockage in middle energizer.To comply with modern clinical application, so the study turned it into dispensing granules in this paper.This paper first established standard medicine with Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC, Citrus reticulata Blanco, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. in pingweisan, and then screened the optimal process to prepare the most important part of pingweisan dispensing granules. Preliminary obtained the best technology of extraction, concentration, drying and forming, and got the confirmation through validation test. Then the conderations mentioned were confirmed by verification tests. Finally, three batches of sample granules prepared according to the preparation process conditions selected in primary.Three batches pingweisan dispensing granules were test in these aspects including melting, moisture content, granularity, TLC and content determination, etc, and provisions moisture content must not exceed 6%, granularity must not exceed 15%, the content of the sum of magnolol and honokiol must not be less than 0.33 mg, hesperidin must not less than 0.15 mg in pre 1g in dry goods.With rats of damp blockage in middle energizer as test object, the study researched on the improvement degree of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion, and recovery capability of the serum indices of neurotensin (NT), amylase (AMS), gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL) and nitric oxide (NO), etc. The results showed, pingweisan dispensing granules and the medicinal broth could significantly reduce the gastric retention rate, increase the rate of small intestine propulsion (P< 0.05); There was no significant difference between pingweisan dispensing granules and the medicinal broth, it proved that pingweisan dispensing granules remained the pharmacological effects of medicinal broth. The content of AMS and GAS decreased significantly, the content of NT, MTL and NO increased significantly, Pingweisan dispensing granules and the medicinal broth all had certain recovery capability according to the serum indexes above, it revealed that pharmacological effects of pingweisan dispensing granules and the medicinal broth had the equivalence.Combined with the corresponding laws and regulations, three batches of sample granules were investigated at room temperature for three months according to the quality measurement method has been established in accordance with this paper. The results showed, the character, identification, determination and other indicators of pingweisan dispensing granules could meet quality standards after three months stability research, it proved that pingweisan dispensing granule has good stability under normal temperature conditions after three months.
